Our SpaDog offices are open Monday through Friday, 9AM to 4PM EST. You can reach us by emailing [email protected]. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond. If it’s a weekend or a holiday, responses may take longer.
Before emailing us about when your box will arrive, please keep these things in mind:
Boxes are shipped via USPS priority mail. Your SpaDog box might take a few business days to arrive.
If you have a regular subscription, your new boxes will ship on the 15th of every month.
