How do I track my shipment?
If you need us to check your shipment status for you, we’re happy to help! Just send us an email at [email protected] and we can check your tracking link for you.
Before emailing us about when your box will arrive, please keep these things in mind:
Boxes are shipped via USPS priority mail. Your SpaDog box might take several business days to arrive.
If you have a regular subscription, your new boxes will ship on the 15th of every month.
